Job Summary
To support the Mighty Pro team, the remote Community Manager will oversee community management for multiple Mighty Pro Hosts, ensuring smooth operations and growth through engaging member experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage onboarding for new Mighty Pro Hosts, aligning on communication and content workflows
- Set up and oversee community activities, including online courses, challenges, and events, while executing monthly themes and daily engagement strategies
- Monitor analytics to adapt community strategies, providing ongoing communication and reporting to Community Strategists and Hosts
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing and content creation with a strong track record of driving engagement
- Experience in community management, with an understanding of current trends and software
- Strong writing and editing skills, adaptable to various brand voices
- Organizational skills to manage multiple communities simultaneously
- Data-driven approach to measure and enhance community health and engagement
