- 4+ years in Community, Growth, Events, or Customer Marketing roles within B2B SaaS
- Proven experience building communities for professional audiences, particularly in legal or procurement sectors
- Demonstrated ability to set community KPIs tied to business outcomes like activation and retention
- Strong project management skills with a bias for action and rapid execution
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance community program effectiveness
