Community Marketing Lead

Job Summary

Owning the delivery and quality of community marketing efforts, the full-time Reddit & Communities Lead will manage organic Reddit, Quora, and other community platforms while ensuring alignment with paid media strategies in a fully remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of community marketing strategies, including methods, SOPs, and quality assurance
• Set and maintain quality standards for community specialists, providing training and support for client engagement
• Collaborate with marketing directors to expand community services for existing clients and develop new offerings

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in community marketing with extensive knowledge of Reddit and its operational rules
• Proven track record of managing community initiatives at scale while maintaining high-quality output
• Understanding of how community engagement influences AI-generated content and the ability to articulate results
• Experience in developing AI tools or workflows relevant to community marketing
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate the skills of team members
