Community Partnership Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth of community partnerships, the full-time Senior Associate, Community Partnership Operations will manage action items, oversee playbook documentation, and handle data analytics while working closely with the Sr. Director of Partnerships in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ownership of action items from meetings and manage requests across the team
• Maintain and update the CPM playbook, ensuring it serves as the team's primary reference
• Conduct data analysis and oversee CRM hygiene to support operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 2-4+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders to translate vague requests into actionable tasks
• Passion for improving access to care for underserved populations
