Community Partnership Specialist

Job Summary

To support community engagement and referral growth, the part-time Community Partnership Specialist will manage relationships with healthcare providers and organizations, develop new partnerships, and promote educational programs while working remotely with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing referral partners and develop new partnerships through outreach efforts
• Coordinate with clinic leadership to align outreach with appointment capacity and community needs, tracking referral sources and trends
• Promote the Path To Hope community programs and facilitate connections to clinical services for those seeking therapy

Required Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, business development, healthcare marketing, or nonprofit partnerships preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in mental health and community education; clinical credentials are not required
• Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic performance reporting
• Reliable local transportation and sound professional judgment
