Community Solar Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing and optimizing operational processes across the community solar portfolio, the full-time Community Solar Operations Analyst will support subscription management, reporting, financial operations, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal teams, utilities, and solar development partners in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own subscription fill levels and ensure data accuracy across utility and internal systems
• Prepare financial and operational reports, generate invoices, and support payment tracking
• Continuously assess and improve operational processes, leveraging technology solutions for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Energy Systems, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of full-time work experience, preferably in the energy or solar industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS SQL querying; knowledge of ETL processes preferred
• Understanding of community solar programs and applicable regulatory frameworks is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and develop strategic recommendations
