Community Strategist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Community Strategist will partner with premium Mighty Pro customers to create engaging community experiences, lead workshops, and develop strategic Community Design Plans to enhance member adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to new Mighty Pro Hosts during their onboarding phase to maximize member engagement and retention
• Facilitate workshops that establish foundations in community design, content cadence, and engagement strategy
• Develop and deliver strategic Community Design Plans, including network architecture and launch programming calendars

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing experience, preferably with strategic accounts in a SaaS or media environment
• 2+ years of experience in a consulting, business coaching, or agency role
• Deep understanding of community-building and digital member experiences
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience guiding executive teams
• Highly collaborative, thriving in cross-functional environments to elevate outcomes
