To support a vital mission in behavioral health care, the full-time Remote Compact Licensed Behavioral Health LPN will screen and coordinate patient admissions, collaborate with healthcare teams for timely placements, and monitor patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
- Collaborate with intake teams and healthcare providers to facilitate appropriate placements
- Monitor patient flow and track delays to improve access processes and outcomes
Required qualifications
- Active Compact LPN License
- 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care
- High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
