Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual care management company, the full-time Compact Licensed Clinical Nurse will engage with patients via telephone to provide education, assessments, and documentation while ensuring adherence to care protocols in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic assessments and provide patient education on care best practices
• Manage assigned call queues, ensuring timely documentation and efficient workflow execution
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of care and contribute to service excellence discussions

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
• Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other language)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telehealth or remote monitoring
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Ability to navigate electronic health tools and maintain productivity in a remote work setting
