To support a vital mission in behavioral health, the full-time remote Compact LPN Behavioral Health will screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers, ensuring timely placements while collaborating with various healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and coordinate patient admissions and transfers from hospitals and clinics
- Collaborate with intake teams, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate appropriate placements
- Monitor patient flow and improve access processes to enhance outcomes
Required qualifications
- Active Compact LPN License
- 3+ years of clinical experience in Behavioral Health or Emergency Department/Critical Care
- High-speed internet access (minimum: 50 Mbps upload / 100 Mbps download)
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including EMTALA and compliance policies
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
