Job Summary
Managing a high volume of patient interactions, the full-time Compact LVN Remote Patient Monitoring will operate within a clinical call center to provide real-time health monitoring, triage device-generated alerts, and deliver timely interventions while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephonic patient interactions, conducting 70 to 90 calls per day
- Monitor and respond to Remote Patient Monitoring alerts in real time, escalating concerns as necessary
- Document all patient interactions accurately in the clinical platform while meeting performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Active compact LVN/LPN license required
- Proficiency with computers, EMRs, and telehealth tools
- Demonstrated AI fluency with tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Comfort with performance-based metrics and multitasking across multiple technology platforms
