Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Compact RN Case Manager will assess members' health status through calls, identify treatment gaps, and provide patient education while managing a high volume of interactions.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- Compact RN license required for those residing in a Compact license state
- 3+ years of experience in case management or direct care settings
- Proficiency in typing and navigating a Windows-based environment
