Compact RN Hospice Triage

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Baylor Shift Remote Hospice Triage RN will provide compassionate care by managing patient calls and documentation while working from home during scheduled shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient triage calls and provide end-of-life care guidance based on established protocols
• Document patient interactions using electronic medical records and internal applications
• Participate in three weeks of remote paid training and attend ongoing training sessions as required

Required qualifications

• MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is strongly preferred
• Background in fast-paced environments such as emergency departments or critical care
• Comfortable using multiple technology applications for documentation during calls
• Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work for any employer
