Compact RN Licensed Obstetrics Provider
Job Summary
To enhance clinical outcomes for pregnant individuals and newborns, the part-time Compact RN Licensed Obstetrics Provider will provide direct patient care, oversee medical care, and collaborate with a clinical team during evening hours, specifically from 3pm to 11pm EST.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
- Participate in daily clinical huddles to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Review complex patient cases, develop care plans, and monitor adverse events to enhance protocols
Required qualifications
- Active compact RN license
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Extensive obstetric experience, including care for high-risk patients and some experience with infants
- Demonstrated effectiveness in optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
