Job Summary
Providing direct patient care and clinical oversight, the full-time remote Compact RN Licensed Obstetrics Provider will improve clinical outcomes for pregnant individuals and newborns, develop care plans, and lead the review of evidence-based protocols during evening hours.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee medical care and improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients
- Review complex patient cases and support the clinical team with evidence-based care
- Lead the development and review of medical protocols related to obstetric and women's health
Required qualifications
- Active compact RN license
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- Extensive obstetric experience, including care for high-risk patients
- NP or CNM with significant experience in obstetrics and some experience in infant care
- Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
