Compact RN Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Telephonic Case Manager with a compact RN license and CCM certification to provide remote medical case management services for injured individuals, coordinating medical services and exploring vocational options during weekdays in the Eastern time zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage medical case management services for injured individuals, ensuring coordinated care and frequent assessments
• Collaborate with claim examiners, employers, attorneys, and medical providers to facilitate recovery and employment options
• Assist consumers in achieving the highest level of function possible post-injury

Required qualifications:

• Unencumbered compact RN license required
• National certification (CCM, CRRN, CDMS, COHN) required
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
• Additional state certifications/endorsements may be required post-hire
• Professional licenses or certifications must be current and unrestricted for practice within the U.S
