Compact RN Triage Clinician

Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Compact RN Triage Clinician will provide inbound telephone triage services to injured workers, utilizing clinical expertise to make safe care decisions while adhering to state Worker Compensation regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Make safe decisions for appropriate care using critical thinking skills
• Use departmental evidence-based protocols to triage patients
• Build and maintain solid interdependent relationships within the team

Required qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN License in state of residence required, compact state strongly preferred
• Minimum of three years' recent RN experience in relevant clinical areas
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Ability to obtain other state licenses as required
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
