Compact State Licensed Nurse
Job Summary
To support a growing virtual care team, the part-time hourly Compact State Licensed Nurse will prepare Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) charts, assist providers during patient visits, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive AWV charts and summarize patient histories during virtual visits
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records while adhering to compliance standards
- Utilize electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms effectively to support patient care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
- Proven experience in a fast-paced virtual or telehealth clinic environment
- Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Dedicated home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
