Job Summary
Seeking experienced Compact State Licensed Nurses (RN, LPN/LVN) for a part-time, fully remote position focused on supporting patients during Annual Wellness Visits (AWV), including chart preparation and provider assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive AWV charts to enhance provider efficiency and ensure CMS compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to HIPAA and CMS standards
- Utilize electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to support clinical quality and patient engagement
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant setting
- Proven experience in a fast-paced virtual or telehealth clinic environment
- Proficient with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Dedicated home workspace suitable for confidential patient interactions
