Compact State Licensed Nurse
Job Summary
To support a nationwide virtual medical practice, the full-time hourly Compact State Licensed Nurse will prepare Annual Wellness Visit charts, assist providers in delivering patient-centered care, and maintain compliance with Medicare and CMS standards while working remotely from a dedicated home office.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive AWV charts to enhance provider efficiency and ensure compliance
- Conduct virtual visits with patients to review medical histories, medication adherence, and preventive screenings
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to HIPAA and CMS compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN or LPN/LVN license in a compact state
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings
- Experience in a high-volume telehealth clinic environment
- Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Dedicated home workspace for confidential patient interactions
