Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing digital health initiative, the full-time Compact State Licensed Physical Therapist will provide in-clinic and remote therapeutic services, develop personalized care plans, and utilize digital platforms for telehealth visits while working three days onsite and two days remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and support operations to enhance digital health services and patient care

Required qualifications:

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Current Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one
• Preferred experience in digital health or telehealth services
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
• Ability to objectively measure patient outcomes using advanced software
