Company Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the infrastructure to maintain operational velocity, the full-time remote Company Operations Lead will establish systems for strategic planning, build an operating layer for a hybrid organization, and ensure AI enablement across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Running planning and alignment cycles, including OKR and workforce planning
• Building and maintaining the infrastructure that facilitates fast movement and effective information flow
• Managing the internal AI enablement framework to enhance team productivity and adoption of AI tools

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in building and leading a Strategy & Operations or BizOps function in a high-growth technology company
• Track record of establishing functions and systems from scratch and effectively handing them off
• Structured problem-solving background, ideally from strategy consulting or a role with strategic scope
• Strong fluency in AI and tooling, with a focus on enabling organizational capabilities
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of earning trust in a flat, high-velocity environment
