Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and administration of compensation programs, the part-time Compensation Analyst will manage market pricing, salary reviews, and job evaluations while working remotely for 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain compensation programs, policies, and salary structures to ensure consistent application
• Conduct market pricing and compensation analysis to provide equitable pay recommendations
• Evaluate job descriptions and classifications to ensure proper alignment and compliance with compensation practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of compensation or related analytical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of direct compensation experience, including analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and Puerto Rico wage and hour requirements and FLSA guidelines
• Experience in healthcare or clinical research environments is preferred
• Professional HR or compensation certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
