Job Summary
Supporting the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage market pricing, job evaluation, and salary range development while collaborating with HR and leadership to ensure competitive compensation practices across a growing organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market compensation research and benchmark positions using industry and labor-market data
- Develop and maintain salary ranges and compensation structures to support organizational growth
- Analyze internal pay relationships and conduct geographic compensation analysis for multiple states
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics, including hands-on compensation analysis
- Working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws and compensation-related requirements
- Experience with market pricing, compensation benchmarking, and job evaluation
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
