Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Total Rewards team, the temporary remote Compensation Analyst will perform job evaluations, analyze compensation data, and provide counsel on compensation programs and initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct job evaluations and compensation benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Analyze job duties to determine scope of work and assess new positions for grade, classification, and market value
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Knowledge of compensation principles and procedures
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Ability to analyze data and communicate findings effectively
