Providing analytical support for compensation programs, the full-time salaried Compensation Analyst II will manage job evaluations, compensation analyses, and compliance documentation in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the annual merit and incentive process, including project planning and execution
- Conduct job evaluations to determine FLSA classifications and maintain updated job descriptions
- Perform compensation analyses and audits to ensure compliance with state and federal laws
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of experience in the administration of compensation programs
- Four or more years of overall experience in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in preparing and maintaining job descriptions with leaders and recruiters
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or completion of some CCP coursework
