Key responsibilities
- Lead AI and data strategy initiatives within the Compensation function, collaborating with People Intelligence and IT teams
- Oversee total compensation budget forecasting and provide analytical frameworks for executive program decisions
- Monitor and report on market dynamics across compensation programs through Quarterly Business Reviews and executive summaries
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in job architecture, compensation structures, and market benchmarking
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and experience with business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of AI applications in compensation analytics and data governance
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective compensation strategies
- Experience partnering with Finance and senior leadership to guide high-stakes decisions
