Compensation and Benefits Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting compensation and benefits functions, the full-time remote Compensation and Benefits Analyst will manage system integrations, assist with salary analysis and benefit administration, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance HRIS processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports compensation analysis, salary surveys, and market trend reporting
- Assists with benefit administration activities, including payroll reconciliations and enrollment files
- Partners with internal teams to support HRIS implementations and ensure compliance with compensation and benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or a high school diploma with four years of qualifying experience
- Two years of analytical experience in HR, compensation, benefits, finance, or a related field
- Working knowledge of federal and state laws related to compensation and benefits administration
- Advanced Excel skills for analyzing and maintaining large datasets and reports
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Time and Attendance is preferred
