- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in gSheets and Excel; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Deep understanding of tech compensation practices, particularly in equity strategies
- Proven ability to create innovative compensation frameworks and solutions
- Experience collaborating with executive leadership to address complex compensation needs
