Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and analytically minded Compensation Consultant, the full-time remote position will participate in compensation consulting engagements, conduct market benchmarking analyses, and prepare client-ready reports while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in compensation consulting engagements from project kick-off to final report development and presentation
• Conduct market benchmarking analyses using various compensation surveys and market data sources
• Prepare client-ready reports and presentations utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of professional consulting experience in compensation or total rewards
• 3+ years of experience conducting compensation benchmarking analyses
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau or other analytical tools
• Strong understanding of compensation principles and market pricing methodologies in the United States
