Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the design, testing, and implementation of compensation solutions, the full-time Compensation Consultant will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to align rewards programs with organizational strategies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to develop and implement compensation programs that align with business strategies
- Lead the design and implementation of complex compensation solutions, utilizing market data for analysis and recommendations
- Manage cross-functional teams to create operational designs and implement new compensation solutions effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines, including compensation or benefits
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Workday) and market pricing software (e.g., MarketPay)
- Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Demonstrated expertise in project management and financial acumen
