To support a healthcare organization, the full-time temporary Compensation Consultant will manage salary offers, job analyses, and market data reviews while working remotely for an estimated duration of 7 months.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct salary offers, job analyses, and reviews
- Perform market data reviews and pricing assessments
- Handle interim pay requests and job description evaluations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, finance, or business operations
- At least 2 years of experience working on compensation projects or activities
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft 365, and compensation software such as Workday
- Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, CCP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP
