Compensation Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day compensation operations and strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Compensation Consultant will manage the MarketPay/Payscale platform, lead job description reviews, and deliver compensation reporting and analytics to ensure competitive and compliant practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MarketPay/Payscale, managing benchmark jobs and validating data accuracy
- Lead job description reviews and manage compensation program activities, including salary survey job matching and market analysis
- Deliver compensation reporting and analytics, collaborating with the compensation team to improve processes and efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation
- Hands-on experience with MarketPay/Payscale or similar compensation benchmarking tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights
- Demonstrated commitment to data accuracy and quality control
