Key responsibilities
- Lead analysis for annual compensation cycles, including market pricing and budget modeling
- Develop recommendations for new hire offers, promotions, and equity actions, collaborating with HR and recruiters
- Enhance compensation processes and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency as the company scales
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and automate processes
- Ability to communicate complex compensation topics clearly to non-experts
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with sensitive compensation data
