Compensation Program Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Compensation Strategy & Program Lead, this role will manage core program portfolios, collaborate with peers on compensation philosophy, and build scalable self-service governance while operating in an AI-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver strategic program pillars such as salary structures and equity architecture
• Collaborate with the Program Lead cohort to ensure unified program delivery across business areas
• Design automated workflows and governance frameworks to empower managers in making pay decisions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and scaling enterprise compensation programs
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of automation and self-service tooling in compensation processes
• Proficiency in quantitative modeling and macro compensation metrics analysis
• Experience with modern compensation planning and HRIS tools
