Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Compensation Specialist will manage tax and tax equalization payments for multiple clients, update internal documentation, and compile cost components for global estimates.

Key responsibilities

• Process tax and tax equalization payments, ensuring effective internal communication
• Update internal documentation to confirm payment details, including amounts and payees
• Gather and compile cost components based on client-specific documentation for global cost estimates

Required qualifications

• Equivalent to four years of high school education
• Prior experience working with numbers is preferred but not required
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and word processing software
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving discounts, interest, and percentages
• Critical thinking skills to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions
