Compensation Strategy Program Lead

Job Summary

To support an AI-first operating model, the full-time salaried Compensation Strategy Program Lead will take ownership of core program portfolios, collaborate with peers for strategic alignment, and build scalable self-service governance frameworks while driving total rewards programs across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver core program portfolios, managing strategic and operational aspects of assigned program pillars
• Collaborate within the Program Lead cohort to ensure alignment and unified program delivery across business areas
• Design and implement scalable frameworks and automated workflows to enhance self-service resources and centralized reporting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in designing and scaling enterprise compensation programs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a high degree of independence in managing portfolios
• Experience with policy redesign and automation in compensation processes
• Proficiency in quantitative modeling and analyzing macro compensation metrics
• Substantial compensation experience with fluency in modern compensation planning and HRIS tools
