Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a dedicated team, the full-time Compensation Supervisor will coordinate compensation activities, oversee allowance calculations, and ensure compliance with service agreements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees a team delivering compensation services, ensuring compliance with audit directives and client satisfaction targets
• Ensures accurate reconciliations and addresses discrepancies in payroll and compensation processes
• Supervises resolution of escalations and provides onboarding and training for team members

Required qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 5-7 years of related experience or training in compensation or payroll services
• 0-3 years of management experience
• Intermediate payroll systems experience and advanced spreadsheet knowledge
• Ability to read and analyze financial reports and legal documents
