Complex Care Physician

Job Summary

Providing high-quality, compassionate care in a fully remote setting, the Complex Care Physician will manage interdisciplinary case conferences, conduct virtual clinical visits, and collaborate with a care team to support patients with complex medical needs, particularly in oncology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary case conferences to guide decision-making on complex cases
• Provide virtual urgent or same-day clinical visits, ensuring evidence-based care and assessment
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans in partnership with the care team, addressing members' evolving needs

Required qualifications

• Board-certified physician in internal medicine or family medicine, with a focus on complex comorbid conditions and cancer management
• Unrestricted medical license with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
• Demonstrated excellence in virtual care delivery and interdisciplinary teamwork
• Experience managing medically complex patients and supporting shared decision-making
• Comfortable using technology in daily practice, including video visits and electronic health records
