Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate general liability claims, including investigation, coverage determination, and settlement
• Develop and execute litigation plans while managing lawsuits and legal budgets through resolution
• Analyze claim coverage with insurance carriers and maintain documentation for all claims

Required Qualifications

• College degree with a concentration in business or equivalent work experience
• Five years of claims handling experience with commercial and multi-line knowledge
• Current knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processing through continuing education
• Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
• Extensive knowledge of insurance and claims processes
