Job Summary
To achieve revenue and room night sales goals, the full-time salaried Complex Director of Sales & Marketing will develop and implement strategic plans for both Six Senses Grenada and InterContinental Grenada, focusing on team leadership, market analysis, and financial management, while working remotely from the US East Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for both resorts
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to enhance performance and achieve revenue targets
- Prepare departmental budgets and financial plans, producing reports to analyze market trends and sales performance
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role within luxury hotels
- Experience managing remote teams, with dual property experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Caribbean market and business trends
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Office and familiarity with various property systems
- Ability to develop strategic commercial plans tailored to market segments
