Complex Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a relationship-focused Complex Onboarding Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new financial professionals, serving as a liaison between Complex leadership and support teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding process for new advisors, ensuring a seamless experience and adherence to company policies
• Track and monitor onboarding workflows, including advisor contracting and licensing milestones, while addressing any delays
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement onboarding processes that enhance efficiency and consistency

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in onboarding, operations, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with workflow management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements
