Job Summary
Supporting the compliance organization, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst I will manage compliance activities, assist with audits, perform data management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Compliance Program through audits, monitoring, and data analytics
- Coordinate audit activities and collaborate with business owners for accurate documentation
- Identify compliance vulnerabilities and report potential risks to Compliance Leadership
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- One to two years of experience in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience in compliance or regulatory environments
- Knowledge of regulatory environments and audit protocols
- Familiarity with healthcare operations and clinical concepts
- Preferred certifications: Certified Records Analyst (CRA), Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC), or Certified Compliance Ethics Professional (CCEP)
