Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the national regulatory compliance efforts, the part-time hourly Compliance Analyst will manage licensing requirements, coordinate communication with regulatory agencies, and assist with compliance research while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains required business licenses and develops understanding of licensing requirements for assigned states
• Coordinates communication with regulatory agencies and educates external contacts on company practices
• Monitors legislative and regulatory activity, producing reports and communicating changes to internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Policy, Administration, Law, English, or equivalent experience required
• 1 year of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in a health insurance or managed care environment
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, with intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
• Understanding of regulatory agency operations and health care compliance preferred
