Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a night shift basis, the Compliance Analyst will review expert call transcripts to identify and address instances of material nonpublic and confidential information, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review expert call transcripts for compliance with legal and regulatory standards
• Conduct due diligence on calls, documenting violations and escalating non-compliance as necessary
• Perform advanced research on financial reports and regulatory filings to assess public domain information

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance/financial/business analyst preferred
• Strong research and analytical skills with experience in proofreading and drafting
• Ability to work from 2pm-10pm Pacific Time
• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in conducting investigative research and adapting to changing priorities
