Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Managing licensing and compliance activities, the full-time Compliance Licensing Analyst will oversee the preparation, submission, and renewal of healthcare-related licenses while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and renew pharmacy and healthcare-related licenses and registrations
• Maintain accurate licensing records and monitor expiration dates for timely renewals
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and assist in resolving compliance issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. with five years of compliance-related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare licensing or regulatory affairs
• Experience working with state licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and licensing requirements
