Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure compliance obligations are met and exceeded, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers, manage Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) investigation processes, and support the administration of the Corporate Compliance program.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits of vendors and healthcare providers to support FWA monitoring processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns and implement necessary changes
• Investigate compliance issues internally and externally, ensuring up-to-date licensing and regulatory filings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• At least three years' experience in Special Investigation Unit processes or similar roles, with healthcare experience preferred
• Strong understanding of fraud, waste, and abuse issues, healthcare credentialing, and medical billing
• Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Tableau is a plus
• Ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and collaborate effectively across teams
