Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day compliance operations, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will conduct compliance reviews, investigate potential issues, and assist with regulatory reporting and audits while collaborating with various teams to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews, monitoring, and testing across regulatory obligations
• Review and investigate potential compliance issues, documenting findings and escalating as necessary
• Identify control gaps and assist with remediation and follow-up processes

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in compliance, risk, privacy, or a closely related function
• Familiarity with U.S. financial privacy law, data privacy frameworks, or regulatory compliance in financial services
• Strong analytical and investigative skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records
• Experience working independently and handling sensitive information
• Exposure to compliance management tools or experience in a regulated company is preferred
