Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day operation of the company's SOC 2 program, the full-time Compliance Analyst will manage evidence collection, maintain audit readiness, and assist in building the ISO 42001 AI Management System remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate evidence collection and remediation for SOC 2 compliance, ensuring year-round audit readiness
• Operate and maintain the Drata compliance platform, investigating and resolving compliance exceptions
• Support the development of AI governance policies and coordinate risk assessments related to AI systems

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, GRC, information security, IT audit, or risk management
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and information security controls
• Experience with a GRC/continuous compliance platform such as Drata or similar
• Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
