Job Summary
To support the Compliance Program, the full-time remote Compliance Analyst will manage regulatory interpretations, compliance reporting, and auditing strategies while guiding special projects and responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to external requests for information required for regulatory filings and inquiries from state and federal agencies
- Monitor pending legislation and maintain databases related to compliance issues
- Assist in developing compliance training programs and perform periodic audits and risk assessments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred
- 1+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, and/or regulatory affairs
- Working knowledge of laws and regulations in compliance, particularly HIPAA and state regulations
